Very good place….. Problem is dinner is very expensive……If you are here I suggest a not so expensive restaurant called Prakriti.Room is big but balcony is pretty small…Staff are very friendly people.The view from the balcony is too good.There are lots of activities here(I don’t suggest swimming pool as it’s very cold.Breakfast is nothing exceptional but the breakfast pasta was tasty but had a strong turmeric taste.Overall ⅘.Good but could’ve been better…

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a pleasant stay. The exterior is a bit outdated but the interior was nice. The room we got had an amazing view of Munnar and the staff of the hotel was really kind. The food was great here at the hotel restaurant, there were lots of selection and the buffet changed every night, it was also 599 rupees per person. There was also a bonfire after dinner which was cool. The only downside was the wifi was not great in the rooms and one of the employees asked for a tip when leaving the bonfire when we were there for less than 5 minutes.

Nice, comfortable and clean rooms. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with a lovely drink which rejuvenated our long drive to Munnar. However, the food was just ok and the waiting time was rather long.

Very good place to stay at. The property is very pretty and well maintained. We were given a free upgrade to a bigger room since we were 3 people, which was a very kind gesture from the reception staff. All the staff, both the reception and the restaurant, were very nice and kind. The only place of improvement according to me is the buffet, both the breakfast and the lunch ones. Quality is fine, but taste overall can be improved, especially for the non veg dishes. In the dinner buffet, the veg food was very tasty, but as hardcore non-vegetarians, we couldn’t eat much of the non veg food since the chicken pieces were dry, hard, and not tasty. Other than the food, everything else was very good, and I’d highly recommend this property. The ice cream and papad which they served were really nice.

We had the most perfect experience during our two days stay at the resort.The location is very close to the road and Market. Property is very well maintained, rooms were spacious and clean overlooking mountain range. Loved it.Service – full marks to the staff, the ever smiling and courteous reception staff, prompt house keeping and the amazing restaurant staff. All of them ensured a perfect experience for us.Food – delicious just delicious.Improvement opportunity – hotel management needs to put in more effort towards the activity room. Table tennis was begging for repair, the chessboard had pieces missing, carrom was rough and coins were not moving only. Please take care of these.

This hotel was the best experience! Staff were so accommodating, welcoming and lovely. The rooms itself are clean, comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. The food was incredible, great value. Buffet breakfast and all you can eat dinner was fantastic for what it was priced at. Prince, the owner of the food department was very impressive, always accomodating us and ensuring we are enjoying the food. The women at the spa were also so friendly and provided us with very relaxing full body oil massages. Would definitely recommend this hotel, 10/10 experience.
